How do we take care of my coasters?
To ensure the longevity of your coaster, please take note of the following care instructions:
-Avoid excessive cold | heat exposure
-Do not soak in water; instead, hand wash it with a moist cloth
-Avoid dropping it from high altitudes

Note as with any resin product: Air bubbles are a naturally occurring process with resin; it's normal for some bubbles to remain in the final product. We are always working meticulously to ensure we remove as many as possible.

If an item is needed prior to the turnaround time please send us an email before submitting your order, there is also a RUSH ORDER option this option moves your order to our extended work hours to complete faster. We can not warranty delivery time for orders that are shipped using class mail shipping. Once we dispatch packages USPS, we are not responsible for delays as it's completely out of our hands.
